Do you check the Battery life?
Battery checks are part of our extensive and thorough refurbishment process. We check the general physical health, cycle count and charge capacity of each battery..
If we find any issues, the cycle count is above 600 or the charge capacity is below 80% we remove and replace the battery.

What is your warranty?
All of our machines come with a 1 year (12 months) warranty period, unless otherwise stated on the product listing. All repairs come with a 3 month warranty.

What shipping method do you use?
What is the dispatch lead time? We aim to dispatch your items within 24 hours of purchase. If an order is placed on a Friday we will dispatch the following Monday, as we are closed over the weekend.
Can I amend an order I've placed?

All of our products come without VAT as we are a margin scheme business. Repairs VAT is charged at the normal rate of 20%. We are a VAT registered business in the United Kingdom.
