We are always prepared to offer advice about the goods including information about installation, compatibility, configuration, and product upgrades.
We know the general purpose for which you require our goods, and we will take reasonable care when giving you any advice.
It is your responsibility to ensure the compatibility of any goods offered for sale by us both with the existing components within your system and with any other products offered for sale by us.
It is your responsibility to ensure the proper installation of our goods into your existing system.
It is your responsibility to ensure that wherever necessary you access the manufacturer’s website to download any necessary product upgrades (including drivers and manuals).
If the product that you have ordered is currently out of stock, we will offer a suitable alternative. This alternative will match the original product specification or commonly we will offer a much higher specification product for the price of the original order. If you are unhappy with the alternative product, then we will collect it from you at our own cost.
The Apple-Bay product feed is live; however, it used presently on a number of our websites which synchronise every half an hour.
There is a minimal chance that someone could order the same product on another one of our websites at the same time as you.
The customer who made the order first will receive the product, and the other customer will be refunded immediately.
We may deliver goods of a different description or specification from that agreed and as may be required to comply with any applicable safety or statutory requirements or which do not materially affect the quality or fitness for the goods.
When we write our product descriptions, we endeavour to be as accurate as possible. Discrepancies can occasionally occur between the description and the specification of the item.

We offer 1 Year Warranty with all computers we sell or other period of time in some cases. We might charge delivery on some sales, but this will be in the description of the item. However, if you need more information about Returns, please refer to our Cancellation and Returns Policy.
Which courier will Apple-Bay use?
Each item will be dispatched using only an Apple-Bay’s authorised courier. Currently, we are using DPD and APC Courier as our primary courier for larger high-value items. Smaller items will be dispatched using Royal Mail’s 1st class signed for service.

How long does delivery usually take?
We make every effort to ensure our items are dispatched and delivered to you as quickly as possible.
Our slightly extended dispatch times help keep our products at such fantastic prices.
Delivery times are based on delivery in mainland United Kingdom, UK highlands and islands may vary.
The delivery duration varies depending on the dispatch time for the type of product you are ordering.
For information on estimated dispatch times, please read the following information.
• Apple-Bay’s pre-built computers are usually dispatched within 2-5 working days.
• Apple-Bay’s custom built computers are usually dispatched within 7-14 working days. Custom built machines are tailor-made to suit your requirements. Items with any form of customisation such as a change of ram, hard drive or any other change in the specification are subject to extended delivery time unless otherwise specified. These will usually be dispatched within seven to fourteen working days.
• Refurbished Items are usually dispatched within 7-14 working days. 90% of orders are currently being dispatched within three working days.
• Speedy delivery is available on some products; the dispatch time for speedy delivery is 1-2 working days you’d need to call us on 01252 375167 to check availability
